Вчера на модуле слушала про фитонутриенты, а сегодня смотрю на них в Аптекарском огороде. Люблю это место, особенно в будни, когда кроме растений и деревьев здесь ни души.

Аптекарскому огороду уже под 300 лет: еще при Петре I здесь начали выращивать лекарственные травы.

Офтоп: фитонутриенты – биоактивные компоненты, по большей части содержатся в растениях и могут:

➖влиять на уровень активности генов;
➖работать, как антиоксиданты;
➖регулировать гормоны;

Другими словами, природный БАД🌿

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
