Прокурор района Михаил Калита выехал на место с целью координации работы МУП «ПОВВ г. Челябинска» и управляющей компании по устранению засора сетей водоотведения.
Обеспечено незамедлительное устранение причин затопления, проведены работы по откачке канализационных вод из подвала.
Прокуратура в ходе проверки даст оценку действиям (бездействию) ответственных должностных лиц.
При выявлении нарушений законодательства будут приняты меры прокурорского реагирования.
