По местным пабликам разлетелось фейковое видео, на котором якобы любовница и. о. министра строительства и ЖКХ ДНР угрожает испортить жизнь водителю такси.

На самом же деле главная героиня видео — нетрезвая сотрудница администрации Таганрога, и реальное происшествие с водителем такси произошло в 2023 году.

Даже невооруженным взглядом видно, что губы девушки двигаются неестественно и все ее фразы подставлены с помощью хорошо всем известной технологии дипфейков.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
