А в МЧС есть толковые коллеги, особенно в обезвреживании боеприпасов, у них опыта намного больше чем у сапёров МО, которых учат уничтожать всё подозрительное накладным зарядом (и для среднего по палате уровня обучения, это не самое худшее решение).
Существует большая проблема обобщения опыта сапёров, взрывотехников, пиротехников (МЧС), отчасти для этого канал я и создал.
Мужики учитесь если хотите жить, знание сила! Не зря самостоятельная подготовка основной способ обучения офицеров...
