Учебник разработан на базе Херсонского государственного университета, сейчас это Херсонский государственный педагогический университет. Его подарят всем вузам новых регионов, также он поступил в Крымский федеральный университет.

В свою очередь директор Института медиакоммуникаций, медиатехнологий и дизайна КФУ Александр Мащенко вручил Александру Малькевичу свои книги о глобальной политике и истории украинского нацизма: «Американский Крым: обман зрения» и «Кому слава на Украине, или Бандера капут».
