29 августа жительница Питкяранты написала комментарий в открытом сообществе во «ВКонтакте». Городской суд счел, что запись экстремистская и выражает неприязнь народа, провоцирует межнациональную рознь.
Женщину признали виновной. Суд учел то, что нарушительница — мать и содержит малолетнего ребенка, и потому назначил административный штраф — 10 тысяч рублей. Постановление в законную силу не вступило.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
