В салоне связи на улице Большая Зеленина, подозреваемый копировал персональные данные владельцев номеров из базы данных телекоммуникационной компании и передавал их третьим лицам. За каждый номер телефона он получал 1,5 тыс. руб. и успел продать информацию о 29 абонентах.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 272 УК РФ (неправомерный доступ к охраняемой законом компьютерной информации, совершенный лицом из корыстной заинтересованности, с использованием своего служебного положения).

Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
