Еще в 5 классе на уроках технологии (труды) мы учились шить/вязать/готовить. С первыми двумя у меня не сложилось от слова совсем) Хотя моя мама по профессии портной и делает просто невероятные вещи своими руками, но я явно в этом плане не в нее😂 Ну а с готовкой у меня любовь еще с детства) Научившись делать шарлотку в школе, я прибежала домой и повторила пирог дома, правда без яблок (их дома не было)😂
Взбиваем яйца с сахаром, затем просеиваем муку, перемешиваем и добавляем гашеную соду, хорошо перемешивая после - тесто готово. Форму для выпечки смазываем маслом и выливаем 1/2 часть теста. Затем выкладываем очищенные от кожуры яблоки и заливаем сверху оставшимся тестом. Запекаем шарлотку при 180 градусах в течение 30-40 минут.
