— все - таки составить меню на неделю было отличной идеей, не понимаю почему раньше никогда так не делала.

немного, правда, пришлось помучаться и придумать блюда, поэтому я составлю еще одно и буду их чередовать.

а еще, прежде чем пойти в магазин сегодня, я составила список продуктов и действительно не купила ничего лишнего, все только в рамках списка.

кто-то спросил какое меню у меня получилось, поэтому оставляю его в комментариях, вдруг вам будет полезно.
