Контракты на выполнение работ по благоустройству в рамках федерального проекта «Формирование комфортной городской среды» муниципалитеты должны заключить до 1 апреля. В этом году по результатам голосования, в котором активно участвовали жители Хабаровского края, отобран 71 проект в 50-ти муниципалитетах.

Общая сумма финансирования составит 365 млн рублей, в т.ч. 354 млн рублей — из федерального бюджета по новому президентскому нацпроекту «Инфраструктура для жизни». Считаю, что надо максимально задействовать возможности местных производителей необходимых при благоустройстве материалов.

За время действия программы ФКГС с 2019 года у нас в регионе уже приведено в современный вид 661 общественное пространство. Объекты, где работы запланированы на 2025 год, можно увидеть по ссылке, выбрав свой город или сельское поселение.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
