Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
