И ладно бы если они помогали, с этим можно было бы смириться. Но нет. Ситуация с коронавирусом в Югре близка к критическим показателям: медсистема пребывает в состоянии коллапса, а свободные койки кончаются с невероятной скоростью.
Вот так такая вот «эффективная» забота о гражданах.
