👉 Напомню, куда вносятся основные изменения. 📌 Статья 173 ЖК РФ: для многоквартирных домов со спецсчетом для накопления средств на капремонт устанавливается новая планка – собираемость взносов должна быть не менее 60% (сейчас – 50%).
📌 Статья 9 закона №58-ФЗ: продляются полномочия Правительства РФ на 2025-26 годы по определению расчёта пеней за просрочку оплаты ЖКУ исходя из ставки ЦБ в 9,5%, а не в 21%. Начнет действовать задним числом – с 01.01.25г.
