Новый закон вступит в действие с 1 сентября 2023 года. 👉И в нем, помимо обязанностей жителей по заключению договоров на техобслуживание, есть ещё и дополнительная обязанность у ТСЖ и ЖСК.
В уставах ТСЖ и ЖСК «...должна быть предусмотрена обязанность заключить со специализированной организацией договор о техническом обслуживании и ремонте внутридомового газового оборудования в многоквартирном доме (если такое оборудование установлено)».
❗️Все уставы должны быть приведены в соответствие этому требованию в течение 90 дней с момента вступления этого закона в силу.
