Дольщики многострадального ЖК "Горки Парк" от "Самолет" начали потихоньку получать свои квартиры, но ужаснулись качеству: лифты неисправны, полчища тараканов, отсутствие дренажа на балконе и т.д.

UPD: Пресс-служба компании сообщает, что лифт на видео находится в секции, несданной жителям, и в данный момент проходит пуско-наладочные работы.

Некоторое время назад в ЖК произошел вброс насекомых, на трех корпусах первой очереди – их обнаружили скоплениями точечно на одном этаже.

Насекомых аккуратно собрали и обработали, после чего все этажи и технические помещения корпусов прошли полную дезинфекцию.
