Надо поставить на контроль группы людей, состоящих из 1 депутата, 1 прокурора и 1 активного, ничего и никого боящегося общественника из народа в Билибинском районе, и чтоб эта группа честно, открыто контролировала продажу субсидированных авиабилетов в Билибинском районе. Например, свежий случай: нет авиабилетов на рейс Кепервеем - Магадан на 24 декабря, а в магаданских авиакассах есть продажа авиабилетов на рейс Магадан - Кепервеем . Многие билибинцы звонили и им в билибинской авиакассе ответили, что субсидированные авиабилеты уже проданы , а их (этих субсидированных авиабилетов) ДАЖЕ на сайте НЕ БЫЛО!!! Ждали, караулили, нооо объявление есть, а авиабилеты проданы (Когда?! Где?! ). Одни разговоры о субсидированных авиабилетах, а их так и не купить в Билибино. Срочно нужен контроль в авиакассах г. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
