Похожее на креветку существо назвали Dulcibella camanchaca. Оно достигает длины около 4 см и использует специальные конечности для охоты на более мелкие виды амфипод на глубине до 7,9 километра.
По словам ученых, открытие важно для понимания эволюционного развития и адаптации к условиям глубоководных районов океана.
