Но некоторый оптимизм у Чачина есть. Дело по его статье (ст. 178 УК РФ) доходит до суда чуть ли не в впервые, практики нет, Чачин может надеяться, что обвинение развалится если не сейчас, то в следующих инстанциях. Если не развалится, будут довыборы по его округу.
