В новом документе Министерства финансов от 30 декабря говорится, что министерства и их подразделения по всей стране должны обеспечить, чтобы электромобили составляли не менее 30% от общего объема годовых закупок. В дальнейшем этот уровень будет увеличен.
Пекин наращивает усилия для достижения цели углеродной нейтральности к 2060 году, одновременно обеспечивая дополнительный стимул для развития отрасли.
