В прошлом году завод, который ранее контролировала «Ренова» Вексельберга, стал собственностью компании "Мосэлектрощит". Как писал "Ъ", сумма сделки составляла около 10 млрд руб., новый владелец получил до 90% акций, а 10% осталось у Михаила Лифшица, председателя совета директоров холдинга "Ротек"
