Ежегодно около ста елок перед новогодними праздниками вырубается незаконно, сообщил на пресс-конференции в медиахолдинге «Гранада Пресс» Валерий Нигматуллин, исполняющий обязанности начальника главного управления лесами Челябинской области.
Представители лесных хозяйств вместе с полицией с 18 ноября усилили охрану посадок хвойных молодняков. Спикер напомнил, что для «черных лесорубов» по закону предусмотрена административная и уголовная ответственность. Штраф составляет до полумиллиона рублей, тюремный срок – до шести лет.
«В прошлом году было отмечено четыре случая незаконной рубки, пострадали 35 елок. В позапрошлом году шесть случаев, вырублено 530 елок. В 2020 году зафиксировано четыре случая, срублено 71 дерево. В среднем за последние десять лет до ста елок ежегодно вырубается незаконно», - объяснил Валерий Нигматуллин.
