Указ №67/2025 передбачає санкції проти 57 капітанів "танкерного флоту" рф (56 росіян і одного іранця).
Указ №68/2025 стосується осіб, відповідальних за знищення української культурної ідентичності шляхом проведення незаконних археологічних розкопок на території тимчасово окупованого Криму та вивезення культурних цінностей з України.
До списку потрапили перший заступник міністра культури рф Сергій Обривалін, заступник міністра Володимир Осинцев, президент Союзу музеїв Росії, гендиректор підсанкційного "Державного Ермітажу" Михайло Піотровський, керівник археологічних експедицій Сергій Соловйов, який безпосередньо брав участь у незаконних розкопках на території Херсонеса Таврійського, пам’ятки ЮНЕСКО, та інші.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
