Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
