В России открылся первый арктический испытательный центр БАС
Сегодня в городе Салехард Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа открыли Арктический испытательный центр, который появился благодаря реализации курируемого Росавиацией федпроекта «Развитие инфраструктуры, обеспечение безопасности и формирование специализированной системы сертификации БАС» нацпроекта «Беспилотные авиационные системы».
☑️Теперь в регионе созданы все условия для испытаний новых моделей беспилотников. В открытии центра принял участие заместитель руководителя Росавиации Андрей Потемкин.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
