При передаче на испытания, специально уточняли будут ли ломать, поскольку потом телегу, естественно передаем на службу. Ответ был категоричен как приказ - само собой нет. С передовой телеги в таком состоянии не возвращались как вернулись из одного НИИ. Восстановим конечно за счет Фонда. Но какими же надо быть "специалистами".
Вот и гоняют по фронту, сделанные на народные деньги тысячи "Анюток", тысячи ТэТэшек и прочие. А таланты из НИИ тратят свой дар на сравнительные испытания и хамство.
