В январе специалисты ФРТ провели мониторинг 239 застройщиков, проверив 1 281 объект недвижимости.
👷♂️По итогам мониторинга 95% застройщиков подтвердили свое право привлекать денежные средства граждан.
☑️ Компаниям, у которых выявлены нарушения, необходимо устранить их в течение 20 рабочих дней. Иначе в отношении объекта недвижимости будут приостановлены регистрационные действия.
Наибольшее количество проверок было проведено в Московской, Новосибирской и Свердловской областях, Республике Крым, а также в Краснодарском крае.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
