I'm still alive! Sorry for the delay in orders - I'm still working on a project for college credit. I have five more graphics left to prepare, but I'm taking a break from that next week. I'm going to my boyfriend's then, so unfortunately, activity will not increase significantly for me. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
