На оказание помощи страдающим москвичам??? Я бы сказал – на оказание помощи страдающему Митрохину. Помощь, в вопросах перечисленных С.С. Митрохиным, оказывает прокуратура. В год по перечисленным пунктам прокуратура Москвы возбуждает сотни административных дел. Откройте сайт прокуратуры, подпишитесь на рассылку новостей и вы поймете, кто тут делом занимается, а кто организует себе теплое место на старость за счет москвичей. Да еще и на выборы попасть не может из-за грызни в полумертвой партии. Паноптикум блин.
