Нижегородский минстрой выдал разрешения на ввод в эксплуатацию трех домов в ЖК «Новинки Smart City». 165 дольщиков совсем скоро получат ключи от своих квартир, и я благодарен Правительству России, Марату Шакирзяновичу Хуснуллину, Фонду развития территорий за то, что, несмотря ни на какие экономические сложности, они продолжают работу. Напомню, что ЖК «Новинки Smart City» стал пилотным проектом, с которого началось восстановление прав обманутых дольщиков с участием федерации во всех регионах России.
Достройка жилого комплекса продолжается, и уже начато строительство домов, которые недобросовестный подрядчик бросил на этапе котлована. Знаю, что в их достройке дольщики сомневались сильнее всего, именно этих домов касалось большинство вопросов и опасений дольщиков в последнее время. Еще прошлым летом там было просто заросшее сорняками поле...
