Накануне правоохранители задержали руководителя и главного бухгалтера компании «СКТБ «Технолог», а также генерального директора ООО «Ультра Д». В течение нескольких месяцев, с ноября 2015 года по май 2016, они участвовали в преступной схеме вывода средств в интересах ООО «Ультра Д» — компания является подконтрольным юридическим лицом «Технолога».
Средства выводились путём необоснованного завышения цены на приобретение товаров для исполнения договоров и других нужд компании.
Предприятие находится в ведении Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации, а также включено в сводный реестр организаций оборонно-промышленного комплекса.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Мошенничество».

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
