В новом ЗАГСе можно будет получить свидетельства о рождении и смерти, расторгнуть брак, установить отцовство и оформить прочие документы и справки. Работать учреждение будет с понедельника по четверг с 09:00 до 18:00, а в пятницу — с 09:00 до 16:45.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
