По иску минтуризма КЧР к Аслану Кагиеву о взыскании суммы субсидии в размере 7 625 500 рублей из бюджета КЧР на осуществление деятельности в сфере туризма на территории Карачаево-Черкесской Республики, о котором пишут коллеги из @trueman09 и @shaltay_09, прошло первое заседание.

Арбитражный суд КЧР в лице судьи Байчоровой решил отложить следующие заседание в связи с тем, что суду необходимо выяснить дату и место рождение, а также место регистрации Аслана Кагиева. Либо минтуризм не предоставил суду документы, которые подавал Кагиев при получении гранта, в том числе копию паспорта. Либо в суде хотят составить ему натальную карту.

Если без шуток, суд целенаправленно затягивается. Вопрос только по чьей инициативе?
