«Учитывая сложную социально-политическую обстановку, в текущем году общий объем средств, направленный на решение этого вопроса, был увеличен в 2,4 раза, по сравнению с 2021 годом», – заявила глава ведомства. Суммарно на эти цели выделили 65,4 млн рублей.
По словам Щетинкой, полноценная охрана есть только в 95% школ Рязанской области – это говорит о том, что проблема решена не полностью.
Если подумать, то ситуация довольно плачевная. Фактически каждая 20-я школа в нашем регионе не может обеспечить безопасность своих учеников – но решения, судя по всему, не будет.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
