Губернатор отметил, что большая часть обращений граждан касается вопросов благоустройства дворов, в частности, детских площадок, и предложил вот такое необычное решение проблемы.
«Если каждый знает, за кем она (площадка), то и ее состояние будет удовлетворительным», - считает Любимов.
Проблема, конечно же, снова на местах, а вовсе не в отсутствии грамотной системы управления, поэтому и решать её предлагают такими простыми народными методами. Напомните Любимову, что существуют ещё погранпосты, а то об этом замечательном способе контроля он как-то запамятовал.
