В прошлом году за плохо выполненные уборочные работы были уволены несколько сотрудников из дирекции благоустройства. В этом году, видимо, будет целая череда увольнений и отставок, учитывая количество гневных сообщений от местных. Но если в Рязани контролем этих работ занимается мэр, не пострадают ли другие сферы жизни города от недостатка внимания?
