«Слово "фрагменты" в названии характеризует форму Концерта — пьесы и импровизации в минималистическом стиле обращаются к частным ситуациям общей темы, — говорит автор и исполнитель Елисей Белешин. — Речь влюбленного — универсальный язык, не подчиненный привычной логике, это чувственный посыл, порыв, выражаемый без причины и анализа. Это состояние, оно может выражаться, как словами, так и языком тела. Речь влюбленного — это настроение».
