Впервые за 2 года – после снятия ограничительных мер – жители Кировской области и ветераны приняли участие в торжественном параде в честь 77-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
В параде участвовали представители военных частей кировского гарнизона, роты УМВД, МЧС и УФСИН России, службы судебных приставов, ветераны боевых действий общественной организации «Боевое братство», колонны кадетов, «Юнармии», Вятского казачьего общества.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
