🎖 Сегодня в честь Дня морской пехоты вручил медали «Защитник Курской области» военнослужащим 810-й бригады морской пехоты Черноморского флота РФ и 155-й бригады Тихоокеанского флота РФ. Каждый из них проявил мужество и стойкость, защищая наш край, отстаивая интересы государства.

Также передал бойцам 200 дронов и комплекты для их управления. Уверен, что это облегчит выполнение боевых задач, повысит уровень безопасности и военнослужащих, и мирного населения.

Благодарю бойцов за профессионализм и верность девизу «Где мы, там победа!». Их героизм — пример для всех нас. В результате их работы жители региона могут чувствовать себя в безопасности. Ещё раз с праздником!

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
