На прошедшем съезде Единой России Сергея Кравчука исключили из генерального совета партии. Вместо него членом этого органа стал депутат краевой думы Всеволод Мохирев, которого активно проталкивает полпред Юрий Трутнев.
Конечно, можно подумать, что это плановая ротация, а Кравчук уже давно был членом Генсовета. Однако, критика со стороны губернатора Демешина и постоянные критические публикации в каналах лояльных правительству края, говорят о том, что позиции мэра Хабаровска систематически снижаются и он все ближе к отставке.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia.
