Сегодня в первой половине дня к нам на участок прибыл член областной избирательной комиссии от КПРФ Алексей Кузнецов, который требовал показать ему списки и пересчитать проголосовавших. Его ознакомили со списком, однако не позволили провести подсчет избирателей – это будет сделано уже на стадии подведения итогов. После чего он удалился с участка. Нарушения со стороны УИК здесь нет.

"For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
