Теперь все в шоке. Застрои, ессесьно, готовятся перекладывать это в цены. Покупатель не понимает, как Сберу разрешат доить и гос-во, уже компенсирующее разницу между льготной ставкой и рыночной… и всех застроев. А Сбер – улыбается и машет
Сегодня застрои ждут новостей от ВТБ. Напомню, эти двое держат 70–75% первичного ипотечного рынка Москвы. Ну и мнение ЦБ, было бы интересно услышать @iliilitop

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
