Прошлый раз, ребята задрали надбавки 1 октября 2023. Вместе с повышением требуемого ПВ на госипотеках с 15 до 20%. И доля таких кредитов, ессесьно, укаталась с 50% (3Q 23) к плинтусу. НО вот тех ипотечников, кто отваливает по всем своим кредитам 80+% дохода (ПДН 80+) – осталась ппц много – порядка 50% заёмщиков
То есть в этой части припарочка не помогла. Поэтому решили закручивать дальше. На скрине, для вашего удобства, возле будущих надбавок красным в скобках показал текущие@iliilitop
