По мнению Минюста, к ней относится:
🔹 проведение публичных дискуссий, круглых столов и других научных мероприятий; 🔹 публикация правовых исследований на сайтах. Среди них — доклад о состоянии адвокатуры, о переходном правосудии и об исследовании нарративов в общественном сознании Германии, Украины и России; 🔹 подача заключений «amicus curiae» в Конституционный Суд РФ; 🔹 подписание петиции о правовой экспертизе поправок в Конституцию РФ директором Института

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk.
