В СМИ сообщается, что в Волгограде жители дома не могут проживать в своих квартирах из-за постоянных коммунальных аварий, происходящих по причине изношенности водопроводных систем. Уполномоченные органы не принимают должных мер по ремонту и содержанию общедомового имущества.
По данному факту следственными органами территориального подразделения СК России проводится проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 238 УК РФ (оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности).
Председателем СК России дано поручение руководителю СУ по Волгоградской области Семенову В.И. представить доклад об установленных в ходе проверки обстоятельствах произошедшего.
