Последние годы Добровольская боролась с тяжёлой болезнью. За 33 года она сыграла десятки главных ролей на сцене театра. Многие знают её по фильмам «Королева Марго», «Артистка», «Двойная сплошная», «Счастье по рецепту» и «Умница, красавица».
