Общая сумма к взысканию составляла 1 168 855 426 руб. Однако в конце ноября процедура была прекращена из-за банкротства госпожи Блиновской. При этом прекращение исполнительного производства не означает снятия долга. Просто теперь взысканием задолженности с «королевы марафонов» будут заниматься не судебные приставы и деньги возьмут не с её счетов, а с помощью продажи имущества на торгах.
В декабре Блиновская обжаловала в Верховном суде России отказ в удовлетворении ее иска к инспекции ФНС о снижении 1,2 млрд руб., зачисленных в форме налогов, пени и штрафа. Ее муж Алексей Блиновский в начале декабря тоже подал жалобу в Арбитражный суд Москвы на решение о банкротстве жены.
Напомним, Елену Блиновскую задержали в апреле 2023 года. Ее обвиняют в уклонении от уплаты налогов на 906,6 млн руб., легализации преступных доходов в размере 716,7 млн руб. и неправомерном обороте средств платежей. Вину Блиновская признала только по первому пункту. Известно, что она выплатила долг по НДФЛ в размере 320 млн 286 тыс. руб. Всего ей нужно выплатить 1 млрд 151 млн 722 тыс. руб. В ноябре ФНС ликвидировала индивидуальное предприятие Елены Блиновской в связи с ее банкротством.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine.
