Вдову Дмитрия Мокина, контрактника из Чувашии, обязали оплачивать за посещение пятерыми детьми детского сада. В случае, если вдова не найдёт денег, то дети не смогут обучаться и их не допустят на порог садика.
Дмитрий Мокин — вызвался добровольцем для участия в специальной военной операции и заключил контракт с Минобороны России. Погиб при выполнении боевой задачи, прощальная панихида с ним состоялась в Чебоксарах 14 февраля.
Пока супруг выполнял долг — льгота на посещение детьми садика действовала, когда глава семейства погиб — льготы действовать перестали и семья стала никому не нужна.
