Представители Татарстана уже находятся в Луганской народной республике. В частности, согласован и уже убыл в Лисичанск новый заместитель премьер-министра РТ Евгений Варакин, который отвечает за связи с российскими регионами. Ранее Евгений Варакин занимал должность руководителя казанской префектуры «Старый город».
Практика шефства над освобожденными территориями позволяет в кратчайшие сроки восстановить работу инфраструктуры, используя опыт и возможности региона-куратора. Надеемся, что вскоре местные жители вернутся к полноценной мирной жизни.
