В мастерской управления «Сенеж» завершилась образовательная программа первого электорального форума для молодёжи «Выбор.ФМ», в котором приняли участие более 200 молодых людей из всех регионов России. Сахалинскую область на форуме представил председатель Молодежной избирательной комиссии Сахалинской области Павел Турчин.

По возвращении в Южно-Сахалинск Павел рассказал о новых технологиях и перспективных проектах в избирательном процессе, а также новом бесценном опыте, который удалось получить участникам крупного молодежного мероприятия.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
