Минфин повысил компенсацию недополученных доходов банков по семейной программе:
⚡️3,5% в отношении ИЖС по строительному подряду с эскроу, в т.ч. при покупке земли по ДКП, но с подрядом
⚡️3% в отношении остальных целей кредитования
Размер надбавки применяется в отношении ипотечных кредитов, заключенных с 07.02.2025 по 06.08.2025 включительно. Последнее решение Минфина по семейной ипотеке N 25-67381-01850-Р (версия от 31.01.2025, опубликовано 04.02.2025).
Благодаря этому банки могут без стопов и отказов выдавать семейную ипотеку (так как она теперь безубыточная), пока клиенты подрядчиков остаются недовольны оброкамииз-за эскроу.
